K53 Driving Course

Please note: by appointment only.

A minimum of 20, 1-hour training sessions comprising of theoretical and practical training.

First Session

  • Questionnaire
  • Personalised assessment to identify the student's coordination abilities
  • Practical assessment - if the student has previous driving experience
  • Introduction to driving - theory

Subsequent Sessions

  • Practical training on site in a controlled environment
  • Practical training on public roads
  • Technical training - theory and practical
  • Preparation for driving licence test

Training will be provided up to the point where both the instructor and the student feel confident that the student is ready to successfully complete their driving licence test.

Please wear comfortable closed shoes - no sandals, flip-flops, Crocs or ‘high heels’ will be allowed during practical training sessions.

All students, and their guardians where applicable, must adhere to the COVID-19 precautions as required by government at all times.
