K53 Driving Course

Benefits of choosing DDA

  • We offer K53 driver training at our facility based at the Tzaneen Showgrounds which is in a safe, secured and fenced off area.
  • We focus on the individual. We offer a driver evaluation to determine the student's skills level and training needed. This is included in the first lesson.
  • No enormous once off payment, pay per lesson.
  • Use your own vehicle and save on the costs of the lessons offered.
  • Fully qualified instructor.

First Session

  • Questionnaire
  • Personalised assessment to identify the student's coordination abilities
  • Practical assessment - if the student has previous driving experience
  • Introduction to driving - theory

Subsequent Sessions

  • Practical training on site in a controlled environment
  • Practical training on public roads
  • Technical training - theory and practical
  • Preparation for driving licence test

Training will be provided up to the point where both the instructor and the student feel confident that the student is ready to successfully complete their driving licence test.

IMPORTANT:
Please wear comfortable closed shoes - no sandals, flip-flops, Crocs or ‘high heels’ will be allowed during practical training sessions.
